The following General Terms and Conditions in the applicable version at the time of placing the order shall apply
exclusively to the business relationship between Dialog Health eJourney – DIALOG CONSULTING SARL, 23-25 rue
Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris, France (henceforth “Seller”) and the purchasers of video courses and
participants of live mentoring sessions (henceforth “Customer”). We shall not acknowledge conflicting, different or
supplementary general terms and conditions, nor shall these form part of the contract. The use of this website indicates
Customer does not agree to these terms, he shall not use this Site.
1.1 By using this website, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.2 The Seller, via Dialog Health eJourney platform, offers online video courses and live mentoring sessions,
(henceforth “eJourneys” and “live mentoring sessions”).
1.3 Prices, details and conditions for individual events can be found in the respective product descriptions in the online
1.4 The presentation of Events on the Seller’s website does not constitute a legally binding offer but instead is an
invitation to place an order. The service descriptions do not have the character of an assurance or warranty.
1.5 Unless stated otherwise, live mentoring sessions are valid “while stocks last”, i.e. until the maximum number of
participants is reached.
1.6 The Seller does not make any guarantee that the Customer will obtain a particular result or professional qualification.
Dialog Health eJourney is not liable if learning outcomes did not entirely meet the Customer’s expectations.
1.7 Dialog Health eJourney makes every effort to allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access to the website
may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
1.8 Dialog Health eJourney reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information
on the website at any time.
2 Access to website and ordering process
2.1 For access to certain areas of the website the Customer has to register with Dialog Health eJourney. Once
registered, the Customer is issued a username and password. The username and password are personal to him
and are not transferable.
2.2 The Customer has to register on the website to be able to purchase an eJourney or live mentoring sessions. During
registration, he must truthfully provide all the requested personal information.
3 Prices and payment terms
3.1 Prices can be found in the product description and include VAT at the statutory rate.
3.2 During the order process, the Customer can choose among the available methods of payment. All major credit cards
are accepted. If the Customer does not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if his credit
card company does not authorize payment, his application will be deemed void. Dialog Health eJourney will not
accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
3.3 If payment by invoice is available, payment is to be made immediately upon receiving the invoice. For all other
payment methods, the participation fee is to be paid in advance.
3.4 If third parties are used to process payment, e.g. PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/), their general terms and
conditions shall apply.
3.5 Once payment is received, the invoice and subsequently the access data for the eJourney or live mentoring sessions
shall be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
3.6 Once the payment has been made, the Customer will be given automatic access to the purchased online materials,
no refund is available after he has received the payment confirmation.
3.7 The Customer agrees to keep this data safe, not to pass it on to unauthorized third parties, and to prevent third
parties from gaining access to it. The Customer further agrees to ensure that the data they provide is kept up to
date, especially their contact details.
4 Cancellation policy
4.1 The case of the eJourney
4.1.1 eJourney cancellation
If the Customer has purchased an eJourney online course, then he shall have no right to cancel his order.
4.1.2 eJourney refund policy
No refund is available after the payment confirmation reception.
4.2 The case of a live mentoring session
4.2.1 Live mentoring sessions cancellation
Withdrawal from a live mentoring session is possible free of charge until seven days before the scheduled live
mentoring session date. If the Customer cancels the booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the live mentoring
session, he will be charged 50% of the live mentoring session value. If the Customer cancels the booking after that time,
the payment shall not be refunded.
If a recording of the live mentoring session is produced, it will be made available to the Customer.
The Customer should inform the seller of his cancellation by means of a clear statement as soon as possible, writing at
the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +33.622.214.171.124. A written proof is necessary.
If the Customer fails to attend the live mentoring session, he has booked onto without giving prior notice to Dialog Health
eJourneyThe Customer should inform the client of his cancellation by means of a clear statement as soon as possible,

4.2.2 Live mentoring session refund policy
Following the above provisions, if the Customer cancels and is entitled to a refund, it will be done within 3-5 business
days, after the day on which the Seller received notification of the Customer’s cancellation of this agreement.
In no event will the Customer be charged fees in connection with this refund.
All refund will be issued back to the original payment type.
The right to cancel expires as soon as the live mentoring session to which the cancelled booking relates has been

5.1 The training material is property of Dialog Health eJourney. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any
unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5.2 This training material has been prepared, maintained, updated and distributed by Dialog Health eJourney.
5.3 The use of the training materials is restricted to the Registered User who has been supplied with the log-in details
by Dialog Health eJourney.
5.4 The Registered User shall not copy, share, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit the copyrighted
materials provided by Dialog Health eJourney other than for their own individual training. Use for any other purpose
is expressly prohibited by law and any violators will be prosecuted.
5.5 The Registered User shall not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way, exploit
the copyrighted materials.
5.6 The materials made available by Dialog Health eJourney are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either
expressed, or implied, including, but not limited to, all implied warranties.
5.7 Dialog Health eJourney may make improvements, or changes, to this material at any time without prior notification.
5.8 No part of Dialog Health eJourney website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any
form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without prior written permission.
5.9 Similarly, where the copyright in course documentation is owned by a third party, such as an external lecturer, we
can only provide course documentation with that third party’s explicit permission.
6 Live mentoring session participation’s specificities
6.1 Technical requirements
6.1.1 When taking part in a live mentoring session, the Customer must meet the minimum requirements (internet
connection, current browser version, download a program from the live mentoring session platform if necessary,
speakers or headset) and test these before the live mentoring session.
6.1.2 Failure to meet the technical requirements for which the Customer is responsible does not release the
Participant from the contractual obligation to pay. In so far as a Participant does not report any technical
problems during a live mentoring session and no such notifications are evident from the recording either,
participation shall be considered to have taken place.
6.2 Live mentoring sessions are recorded. The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows audio, any
documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a
session, the Customer automatically consents to such recordings. If he does not consent to the recording,
the Customer shall inform Dialog Health eJourney prior to the event date, by mail to the following address:
6.3 Rescheduling and cancellation of live mentoring sessions by the Seller
6.3.1 Dialog Health eJourney reserves the right to cancel attendance a live mentoring session up to 4 working days
before the appointed time if the minimum number of participants is not reached, unless a different cancellation
period is specified in the description on the website. If the event is cancelled for this reason or because of the
absence of the expert, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no right to demand that the event
be held. The Customer shall be informed of the cancellation immediately via e-mail. Fees already paid will
optionally be credited for participation in other events or refunded. The Customer shall not assert any other
claims against the Seller.
6.3.2 If the expert is absent, the Seller reserves the right to appoint an equivalent substitute instructor. In this case
there is no entitlement to a refund of participation fees.
6.4 Non-attendance. If the Customer fails to attend the live mentoring session, he has booked onto without giving prior
notice to Dialog Health eJourney, the Seller will be unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.
6.5 The duration of the live mentoring session contract is determined by the respective live mentoring session’s
description. The Customer’s contractual obligations, particularly the obligation to pay, exists regardless of whether
the Customer actually attends the booked live mentoring session.
7 User warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company and the Site and
Materials solely for the purpose of increasing your LSAT score.
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Dialog Health eJourney has not reviewed all of
these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to
access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
9 No warranty
The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Dialog Health eJourney
further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Dialog Health eJourney may make
changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The
Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Dialog Health eJourney makes no commitment to update the Materials at
10 Limitation of liability
In no event will Dialog Health eJourney, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from lower test scores, interruption of services or
inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to
this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or
any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or
information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all

12 Force Majeure
Dialog Health eJourney shall not be liable to the Customer for any breach of its obligations or termination under these
terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods,
earthquakes, volcanoes and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide
an eJourney or live mentoring session caused by a death in the Seller’s or expert’s family, illness of the expert or Seller,
Government edict or regulation.
13 Data Protection
13.1 The nature of the services provided means that the Seller will obtain, use and disclose certain information about
the Customer. This statement sets out the principles governing the Seller’s Use of Data. By purchasing the eJourney
or live mentoring session, the Customer agrees to this use.
13.2 When the Customer registers with the Seller, he will need to provide certain Data such as his contact details.
The Seller will store this Data and use it to contact the Customer, provide him with details of the services he has
purchased and otherwise as required during the normal provision of the course.
13.3 The Seller may also use the above Data, and similar Data the Customer provides him in response to surveys,
to aggregate user profiles and provide him with communications. The Seller will not pass any personal data onto
anyone outside of Dialog Health eJourney.
14 Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of April 24th, 2020 and are subject to change without notice by Dialog Health eJourney at
